All prices do not include the cost of shipping, handling, insurance or taxes (where applicable).

E-mail for price if it is not listed on the website.

Watercolors are not framed for ease of shipping.

Acrylics & Mixed Media are also unframed, unless otherwise noted.

Art will not be shipped until payment in full is received.

A piece of art will be held for you, if you wish to pay by monthly installments.

All artwork is original, there are no prints offered.

All commissioned art requires a 50% deposit at the start and the remainder is due upon completion.

The deposit on a commissioned piece is not refundable once the painting has been started.

If a commissioned painting is refused upon completion, the deposit is not refundable and the work becomes property of the artist.

All work is copyrighted by the artist and shall not be reproduced in any form.

All work is not to be downloaded or printed without written permission by the artist.
